Bona Fide Beauty Cat Nail Files

Bona Fide Beauty Czech glass files are designed to be gentle on your dog’s nails.Enjoy a smooth, gentle and comfortable filing experience with zero irritating scraping sensation that is common when using typical pet files. Reduce the stress and anxiety that is often related to nail trimming. Unlike other files, Bona Fide Beauty Czech glass files can file in both directions without damaging the nails.

Designed for pet dogs, cats & birds, Bona Fide Beauty glass nail file are the ideal nail care tool for anyone looking to keep their pet’s nail trim and improve their nail health.

It is unhealthy for pets’ nails to get too long, it can make their toes turn to one side, affecting their capacity to walk normally and causing joint discomfort and, in severe cases, joint abnormalities and arthritis. It can also make it easier for them to scratch you, other people and your furniture.

All pet’s nails grow at different rates. Their nail length can depend on their activity level, their breed, age, whether they’re most active on hard or soft surfaces and their overall health.

As a general rule, if your pet’s nails are touching the floor when they’re standing normally, it’s time for a trim. If they’re curved or curling, they’re past-due.

Typical pet files, such as metal files, can be harmful on natural nails, tearing, shredding & damaging the delicate keratin layers of the nail, in the end damaging the nail and resulting in rough, jagged nails. Your pet deserves better!Czech glass files do not damage, tear or shred the delicate keratin layers of the nail. Instead, they seal the keratin layers together at the nail’s edge as you file, in the end leaving your pet’s nails healthy, smooth and with no jagged edges.

Regular, long-term use strengthens and hardens nails and prevents potential nail splitting, chipping & peeling.

Let’s see what our Bona Fide Believers are saying about their Bona Fide Beauty Czech glass pet file:

So grateful….
I have a really hard time, with my dogs dew claws. Her nails are very curly anyway, and the dew claws just scare me. So afraid that they will dig into her skin. This file does work, and I find it easy to angle it different ways, to get all angles of the claw. I think this file will be a life saver!

Car Wraps InstallationCar Wraps Installation

Car wraps are becoming a huge marketing and fashion tool these days. Companies all over the place are starting to put custom wraps and graphic on their business vehicles to make them stand out against the otherwise bland traffic. The wraps look incredibly complex and flashy, and that’s the point. The truth is,while designing and printing these graphics is difficult and complex, the actual installation isn’t. And the removal of these graphics is even more simple. These truths can end up saving you hundreds of dollars,if you know what you are doing when you get your wrap.

There are two different basic ways to install car wraps. One is known as wet application and uses water to help apply the wrap to the car, similar to some wallpapers. While most people think that attempting a wet application is the easiest way, experts say that isn’t the case. Almost every application expert will tell you that a dry application is the way to go. This means that you simply pull the wrap over the car without anything additional.

Once you know the way that you are going to attempt to put on your car wrap, you will want to make sure that the wrap is going to fit your car. It should obviously fit since car wraps are made specifically for certain vehicles, but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t test it. The best and easiest way to do this is simply with masking tape. Lay the sections of the wrap over your car and tape it on. Once you have all of the pieces taped on,step back and take a look at how your car will look once you are finished.

Now that you know that everything is going to work for your car you can start removing the backing of your car wrap. You will want to use a squeegee to apply the wrap to the sections of the car. You will want work slowly and use the squeegee to make sure the wrap is laying flat on your vehicle. Many people think that you should have to pull and stretch car wraps to make them fit. While the wraps are made to stretch, pulling them tight will actually create weak spots and potentially tear your wrap.

Your next step is going to be looking over the car for air bubbles. These bubbles will ruin the appearance of the wrap on your car and will also no ensure a strong attachment to the car. The best way to solve this problem is to use a pin or needle. Poke a small hole in the center of the bubble and slowly press the air out and use your squeegee to smooth it out. Avoid using razor blades on car wraps. Cuts are hard to make small enough with a razor blade and will often form weak spots on the wrap. With these weak spots, the wrap can actually start ripping and then be useless.

Finally, now that your car wrap is on the car,you have to start cutting the wrap to allow you to open the doors, use the mirrors and operate the windshield wipers. The hardest thing about this step is make sure that you aren’t cutting too deep so that you don’t cut the paint on the car underneath. It is always better to have to make more than one cut, than put a slice in the paint of your car. If there is ever a question or hesitation when installing car wraps, always consult a professional. If you are uncomfortable with these steps, don’t attempt installing car wraps alone.

Benefits of Replacing Commercial Garage DoorsBenefits of Replacing Commercial Garage Doors

If you own a company, you may not have given much thought to your commercial garage doors. After all, there are a lot of things that go into running a business, but you may want to take a moment and consider this. Replacing a commercial garage door can benefit your business in at least three ways.

It Keeps Your Business Safer

If you have an old set of garage doors, simply locked with a padlock, then you are at risk. A thief can easily break through that and get into your shop. Instead, choose a new set of automated commercial garage doors that come with a keypad. It is much harder to break a four-digit code for your average thief than it is a padlock.

It Prevents the Outside from Getting Inside

Older garage doors can lose their seals and end up with cracks. This allows things such as humidity and cold to seep their way inside, which can lead to a dangerous mold problem. Investing in a good solid set of garage doors can keep the elements exactly where they are supposed to be,on the other side of that door.

It Makes Your Whole Shop Look Better

Garage doors are seen by potential customers, investors, and, well, just about everyone. A run-down garage door can give people the wrong impression, but a new commercial garage door set-up can make your business look attractive and welcoming. First impressions are vital.

Don’t forget about safety. Old,worn-out garage doors have been known to break down or collapse and injure people. Keep your employees and your business safe, keep the elements out and avoid a mold issue. Give your company an exterior face-lift. All this can be done with a sturdy,investment-worthy set of new commercial garage doors. There are many types and styles of commercial garage doors to choose from. view source here.

The Benefits of Having a Mortgage BrokerThe Benefits of Having a Mortgage Broker

By John Sage Melbourne

It’s clear that the banking royal commission has thoroughly shaken up the mortgage broking sector. What are the anticipated effects of minimal access to mortgage brokers impact investors?

Follow John Sage Melbourne for more professional property investment suggestions.

Kenneth Hayne’s final report for the banking royal commission, focused generally around access to mortgage brokers and lending institutions, prompting the federal government to examine ‘borrower pays’ reimbursement structure for mortgage brokers in 3 years. Currently, mortgage brokers offer a free service for Australian debtors.

Experts unanimously think that this change to a ‘borrower pays’ model would cause property investors to suffer as it restricts their capability to secure competitive financing.

Borrowers themselves have been shown to favour the services of mortgage brokers through the Customer Access to Mortgages Report,a research study produced by Momentum Intelligence which shows higher satisfaction levels with Australians who use a mortgage broker versus those who go direct to a lender.

What difference do mortgage brokers bring to the property investment experience?

The Mortgage Broker Distinction

Anecdotal proof from skilled property investors shows the worth of mortgage brokers, especially when compared to going straight to the bank for financing.

People who have secured dozens of home loans and have attempted both choices credit going to mortgage brokers with their durability as property investors.

What’s more, mortgage brokers have been able to assist investors by presenting their paperwork in a specific way so that it has a better chance of being authorized. Effective experiences with mortgage brokers enable individuals to prosper on their property journey.
